Yep, the owner(s) of that dog shaved it everywhere except along its back (essentially giving it a mohawk), then dyed that and gave it purple zebra stripes. This is what people do in Austin, apparently. Actually, it’s the only dog I’ve seen like it yet…everyone else is into tattoos (on themselves, not their pets).
